Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information Norevina collects when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have questions about anything here, email us at shopnorevina@gmail.com.

Norevina (“Norevina,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website and sells aftermarket electronic accessories for motor vehicles. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website, when you contact customer support, and when you buy from us. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.

1. Information you give us

We collect the information you provide directly, including:

  • Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number.
  • Payment information: your payment card or account details are collected and processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Vehicle information: details you enter into our fitment checker or give us for support purposes, such as the year, make, model, engine, and trim of your vehicle.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login credentials and saved preferences.
  • Support and warranty information: the contents of emails, messages, and forms you send us, including order numbers, photos, and descriptions of an issue.
  • Reviews and submissions: any review, testimonial, photo, or comment you post or send to us.
  • Marketing sign-ups: your email address, and your phone number if you opt in to text messages.

2. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, referring page, the pages you view, the products you look at, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 4.

3. Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers (such as delivery status and address corrections), fraud-prevention services, and advertising and analytics providers.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, measure the performance of our advertising, and show you relevant ads on other platforms. These include cookies set by us and by third parties such as our e-commerce platform, analytics providers, and advertising networks.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may prevent parts of the site, including checkout, from working properly. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no common industry standard for responding to it, we do not currently change our practices in response to that signal, though we do honor recognized opt-out preference signals as described in Section 9.

5. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • process and fulfill your orders, and send order confirmations, shipping notices, and receipts;
  • confirm vehicle compatibility and answer fitment questions;
  • provide customer support and handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims;
  • communicate with you about your order or your account;
  • send you marketing emails or text messages, where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law;
  • screen orders for fraud, chargebacks, and abuse;
  • understand how the site is used and improve our products, listings, and support content;
  • measure and target our advertising;
  • comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale.

6. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers: our e-commerce platform and website host, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, email and text-message platforms, review platforms, analytics providers, and customer support tools. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Advertising partners: we work with advertising and analytics platforms that may collect information about your activity on our site through cookies and pixels to measure and target ads. Under some state privacy laws, this activity may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising, even though no money changes hands. See Section 9 for how to opt out.
  • Legal reasons: when we believe disclosure is required to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, warrant, or other lawful request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Marketing communications

If you opt in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing shopnorevina@gmail.com. If you opt in to text messages, you can stop them by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. Even after you opt out of marketing, we will still send you transactional messages about your orders, returns, and warranty claims.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — including fulfilling your order, honoring the 90-day money-back guarantee and the one-year hardware warranty, resolving disputes, and meeting our accounting, tax, and other legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.

9. Your privacy rights

United States

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it;
  • request a copy of that information, or have it sent to another provider;
  • request that we correct inaccurate information;
  • request that we delete your information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising;
  • not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email shopnorevina@gmail.com with the request you are making and enough information for us to locate your records, such as the email address or order number you used. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of that authorization. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

You may also opt out of targeted advertising by using an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control in a supported browser, or by adjusting your cookie settings and the ad settings offered by the relevant advertising platform.

Europe and the United Kingdom

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and object to our processing of your personal information, and to receive it in a portable format. Our legal bases for processing are: performance of our contract with you (to process and deliver your order and honor your warranty); our legitimate interests (to prevent fraud, secure our site, and improve our products and marketing); your consent (for marketing messages and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to transfer information internationally.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit at checkout. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account password confidential, and contact us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

12. Children's privacy

Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email shopnorevina@gmail.com and we will delete it.

13. Third-party links

Our site and our social media accounts may link to third-party websites and platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing them with personal information.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change is posted means you accept the revised policy.

15. Contact us
